My regimen [Updated]

I’ve had to update my regimen to suit the climate here in Shanghai. My washdays are simpler, less frequent and I’ve added heat to my regimen.

                   

                                  

 

Updated regimen:

 

Week 1


• Wash with a clarifying shampoo to remove product buildup
• Protein treatment to repair and strengthen hair
• Moisture treatment to rehydrate hair after the protein treatment
• Moisturize using LOC method
• Blow dry and flat iron as this helps deal with the humidity

 

Cut

Week 3


• If there's any product buildup, wash with clarifying shampoo
• If there's no buildup I will just deep condition hair
• Tea/apple cider vinegar rinse
• Moisturize
• Air dry hair (I only use heat once a month to avoid heat damage)

 

                           

 

Daily/When needed:


• Spritz hair with a mixture of water and leave-in conditioner then seal with oil
